Pulse Check Table

Updated over a week ago

The Pulse Check table page functions as a platform for the creation, viewing, and management of Pulse surveys. Within this interface, you'll have the capability to connect with workers through both one-shot and recurring pulse checks, all of which have viewable responses when selected on the table to view analytics.

To access the Pulse Check Table, click Pulse in the left side panel and then click Checks.

Basic Navigation

At the header of the page, you'll find an analytics section that provides insights into the performance of past pulse checks, including both one-time and recurring checks.

This table will automatically display any campaigns that have been previously Drafted, Active, Paused, Scheduled, Completed, or Archived. The Type column will indicate whether it's a one-shot or pulse survey. If no pulse checks have been sent, the table will be empty, allowing you to start a new check.

Using the Filter button, you can filter campaigns by Title, Satisfaction, Audience, Responses, Response Rate, and Type. Refine your search by applying filters based on specific criteria like the number of responses or a particular pulse title.

These tools streamline the process of locating the desired check.

Useful Actions

  • Pause (for active recurring checks): Functionality allows you to pause the schedule of a recurring check and relocate it the the Paused tab.

  • Complete (for active checks): Functionality allows for the completion/closure of an active check and relocates it to the Complete tab.

  • Archive: Allows you to archive/cancel a flow, thus moving it to the Archived tab.

  • Duplicate: An option provided to duplicate a check while still allowing changes to questions, collection cadence, etc.

  • Edit (for drafted checks): An option available to continue editing and eventually activate a previously drafted check.

  • Resume (for paused checks): By selecting this action, you will reinstate a paused check. It will move back into the Active tab and continue on its recurring schedule.

Viewing Specific Pulse Check Details

You also have the option to select a Pulse check by clicking on its name, which will redirect you to the analytics page for that particular check. On this page, you can view statistics such as the email open rate, completion rate, responses, etc., with a detailed view of workers' answers to questions.

The All responses tab shows a list of collected answers by the worker. Recurring checks also have the option to view answers by a specific date.

There are two notification options available in this view:

  • Nudge non-respondents: in the Completion Rate box, clicking on the bell icon sends an email to all workers who have not yet responded to the survey:

  • Nudge workers with incomplete responses: The Incomplete box has a bell icon that will become enabled if there are any workers who have started to fill out the survey questions, but have not completed them. This sends an email nudge to those workers:

The default text for these nudges is configured in Pulse settings.

In-Progress AI Summary

Once a specific Pulse check survey is selected and opened, you'll see an AI analysis option. This allows users to generate survey insights before the survey is fully completed. The AI Summary is available once a minimum percentage of responses is received (the default is 10%). This minimum threshold ensures the insights are reliable. Once the threshold is met, simply click Activate to launch the summary, which will populate in the same section of the check screen.

NPS Survey Specifics

NPS surveys will also display a Sentiment Over Time graph on all recurring NPS surveys that contain at least one open question, as well as the Sentiment Score gauge on all NPS surveys that contain at least one open question, which are not recurring.

This allows administrators to analyze workforce sentiment more comprehensively.
