Overview
Instantly gather employee feedback with our HR survey tool: no lengthy setup or survey creation required. Designed for HR Managers, it offers quick, customizable surveys for instant insights, enabling swift action on employee sentiment and needs.
Setup
To start your quick setup the first thing you’ll do is select a targeted segment
Next, you can select to either email workers or send them an smsSMS. Of course, The option to select both is available as well:
The next page offers a wide range of subjects for Pulse checks, detailing their title, description, as well as how many checks will be sent to workers each year.
Once a survey has been selected, you’ll be directed to the Generate page.
Here, you can alter it’s start date to a later date and time and view the proposed schedule for when each check will be sent to the workers. Following these actions, you may select to Generate the survey which will trigger a window stating that all surveys will be saved as drafts and you must review and publish them one by one.
After selecting to “Generate”, you can now find your surveys in the “Drafts” tab on the Pulse Check table. When you are ready to send the survey you can simply select it from the drafts and be directed to the “Activate page”. Once on the activate page it's as simple as selecting a scheduled release date and a deadline (optional).
