If you would like to create a Pulse Check that doesn't require a worker login, you can make it public. A public Pulse Check generates a shareable link and QR code that can gather results from anyone, be it a worker or the general public, and will not require any type of login.
Note that Pulse Checks that are created as public will not affect your company's global sentiment score.
A public Pulse Check is a great way to gather feedback from audiences that are either not workers or are not yet workers, and as such, do not have a worker login. For example, a public Pulse Check can be useful to get feedback on the applicant's hiring experience by providing applicants with a shareable Pulse link during the application process.
Create a Pulse Check as a Public Link
To create a public Pulse Check, follow the same creation steps as outlined in the Pulse Check Creation help doc. You will use the Collect step to designate the Pulse Check as publicly accessible.
Make the Pulse Check public
Once you reach Collect during the Pulse Check creation process, you will be able to select between Workers or Public Link as the audience.
Click Public Link to create the Check as publicly accessible via URL or QR Code.
Add a step to collect worker information
You can add an optional step to request information when a respondent completes the Check. You can request all of the following information:
Name
Email
Phone number
If you choose to make the information mandatory, respondents will be required to submit the information in order to submit their response.
To add the optional step, click to toggle on Add a step to collect worker information and select the information you would like to collect.
Activate and share the public Pulse Check
Once you activate a public Pulse Check, you'll be able to copy a publicly shareable link and download a QR code.
Click Copy link to copy the shareable URL to your clipboard or right-click on the QR code to download the image.
