Overview

The Profile page in the Worker Experience sidebar contains a handful of settings that are specific to your own login account. These settings, outlined below, can only be seen and edited by you - not by anyone else at your company.

To view them, click Profile in the sidebar when logged in to the Worker Experience platform.

Edit Profile

The first group of settings in the Profile page covers the basics - name, email, and password:

First Name and Last Name values are editable at any time.

  • This determines what your colleagues will see your name displayed as in the Team page under settings, as well as what displays in the historical timeline view of Compliance documents in the worker profile if you've taken any action on it

  • If you make any changes to the values in these fields, be sure to click Save before leaving the page, so your changes are saved.

Email address is a read-only field, as this is set when you register for the platform, and used for your login.

  • If you need to use a different email address for your login, please contact your Fountain representative to help get you added to your company's existing account

You can also change your password from this screen by clicking Change Password. You'll be required to enter your current password before updating it to a new one.

Manage API Keys

The second settings section is called Manage API Keys. This is where you can create personal API keys on demand for your login account. Use cases of this API key:

  • Fountain representatives may need a personal API key to set up some integrations

  • View the available Fountain APIs on wx.readme.io and use your personal API key to connect to them

Language & Region

Two settings are available here:

Language: Change the language that the WX platform displays in to you (this does not affect anyone else on your team). Currently supported languages:

  • English

  • French

  • Spanish

  • Italian

  • Polish

  • Portugese

Time zone: Determines the default time zone that displays for you in any time-based configuration options, such as in the I-9 Calendar

Remember to click Save after updating either of these fields to ensure that your changes take place.
