The Profile page in Fountain contains a handful of settings that are specific to your own login account. These settings, outlined below, can only be seen and edited by you - not by anyone else at your company.
To view them, click your company logo in the bottom left side panel and then Profile when logged in to the Fountain platform.
Edit Profile
The first group of settings in the Profile page includes your first and last name and login email. If your company is using passwords for login, you can change your password in this section. You can also add an alternative notification email. If this is added, this email will receive any Daily Digest notifications, which can be toggled on further down in the profile.
Click Save after making any changes.
Preferences
In the Preferences section, you can change the language for the platform or your time zone. The time zone is important to review for accuracy as it is connected to other parts of the platform, such as the I-9 Center Calendar.
The languages available are:
English
French
Spanish
Italian
Polish
Portugese
Japanese
Hindi
Mandarin
Korean
German
Click Save after making any changes.
Manage API Keys
In the Manage API Keys section, you or the Fountain team can create personal API keys for things like integrations. Learn more by reading Fountain's Developer Docs.
Notifications
This section allows you to turn on Daily Digest email notifications, per product:
Choose which specific notifications you would like to enable by simply turning toggles to "on". Use the Digest Frequency section to determine how often you'll receive an email communication for that notification, either hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. These notifications are disabled by default.
Important Note:
Currently, notifications are available for only the Fountain Platform, Onboard, I-9 Center, Communicate, and Pulse products.
