Managing Your Referrals Campaigns
Updated this week

The Referrals Campaign table is where you can view all created campaigns. You will also have the ability to edit published campaigns, launch draft campaigns, and archive campaigns that you no longer need on this screen. In this article, we’ll discuss the basic navigation of this table.

Campaign Information Tiles

At the top of the Campaign page, there are tiles with campaign information.

Learn more in the table below.

Important Note:

The metrics above reflect data for published campaigns only. Archived or Draft campaign visits and clicks are not included in the dash summary.

Statuses Tabs

Beneath the Campaign Information tiles, there are four status tabs that you can quickly use to find campaigns with that status. You can look at all campaigns regardless of status, draft campaigns which are campaigns that were started but never launched, published campaigns that are currently being used by your employees and referred applicants, and finally archived campaigns that were either once a draft or once published but are not currently being used.

To edit an active or draft campaign, click on the campaign name to be brought to the campaign creation screens. Archived campaigns cannot be edited.

Additional Actions

To access additional actions, click the 3 dots Action button to the right of the campaign name. Depending on whether the campaign is published or a draft, you will see different options. Check the Status column on the table to quickly see if the campaign is in an Active or Draft status.

  • For active published campaigns, you can either archive the campaign or send a message to employees targeted in the campaign. This is a great way to get re-engagement!

  • For draft campaigns, you can archive the campaign or delete the campaign entirely. Remember, draft campaigns can be published later. If you delete the campaign, all information related to that campaign will be lost.

To archive multiple campaigns at once, check the boxes to the left of the campaign names or the box at the top of the list to select all campaigns on the screen. Then click the Archive button that appears at the bottom of the Table.
