Overview
Once your referrals have begun pouring in, you will be able to see important information in the Pipeline page. This page details all applicants: from those who have just entered the process all the way to your newly hired workers.
Statuses
Self-Identified: self-identified represents an applicant who was sent a referral link and submitted their answer to the relationship question, but has not completed the application form.
Applied: an applicant with an applied status completed the application form and is in a Hire Opening’s stage, but has not been Approved or Rejected.
Hired: an applicant in the Approved stage.
Rejected: an applicant in the Rejected stage.
Retained: these applicants have met the campaign’s incentive requirement (30 days after hire date, etc).
Other columns
Name: name of the referred applicant.
Job: name of the Hire Position shared by the worker for the referred applicant.
Location: name of the Hire Location shared by the worker for the referred applicant.
Referred by: name of the worker who shared the referral link.
Relationship to Worker: relationship selected by the referred applicant on the referral form.
Last updated at: latest time and date of a Status update.
Filtering
Clicking on the various tiles at the top of the pipeline page will sort the page by the status indicated. Unselecting the tile selected will show all referrals regardless of status.
You may also filter by time period in combination with the status tiles.
Just click on all time in the top-right hand corner of the app:
You may select from various quick options on the left or choose a range of individualized dates.
Exporting
Exporting will automatically download a CSV of all your referrals, with each row signifying an individual referral record.
Searching
Searching will return results based on any word on the referrals table and the status tiles will reflect your search results.
