Overview

The Analytics Page provides a snapshot of email and SMS campaign performance. It highlights key metrics like open rates, click rates, and messages sent, alongside a seven-day performance graph. Users can preview the campaign, see scheduling details, and compare current data with past averages. "View details" offers recipient insights for better campaign reach details.

Email Campaigns

To view the analytics for an email or SMS campaign, navigate to the Communicate activity in the sidebar and then select the campaign you intend on viewing data analytics for. This will open the analytics view for that campaign:

In the header section of the analytics page, you'll find detailed information regarding the date and time of the campaign's distribution or scheduling, as well as the reply-to address and the creator's identity. Below this section, recipients of the campaign are listed.

You have the option to select "View recipients" to access further information, including a full list of recipients and the status of the campaign for each individual, containing their name, delivery status, open rate, and click rate.

Date Selection Box (for recurring campaigns)

Here, you can navigate between dates to access the individual data logs for each specific day on which the campaign was sent.

Additional analytics:

These additional data points provide helpful information about your campaign, and its performance:

  • Messages Sent will display the amount of messages the campaign sent out.

  • Issues details what emails/sms were unreachable.

  • Unsubscribes lists out who unsubscribed from the mailing list.

  • Delivery Rate is the overall rate at how many of the messages were successfully delivered.

  • Open Rate is the rate of how many workers opened the campaign.

  • Click Rate is the percentage of workers who clicked a link inside the campaign.

Note: Subscribers and Click rate are not applicable to all campaigns unless the campaigns include links to click or unsubscribe from.

7 Days Performance Chart

This chart will display data for a specific campaign over a 7-day period. Each campaign gets its own chart, so if you send a campaign, you'll see its data for the next 7 days. If a campaign is recurring, each one will have its own chart showing data for the 7 days following its send.

SMS Campaigns

SMS campaign analytics provide similar information as email campaign analytics, with some differences. An overview of the information provided:

Metrics

Collected Data (If applicable)

This chart will show the SMS answer data collected from the campaign, depending on the responses received from the recipients.

If no SMS answer was setup for the campaign, the analytics will look the same, minus the graph.
