Overview

The Communicate Campaign table page functions as a platform for the creation, viewing, and management of email and SMS campaigns. Within this interface, you'll have the capability to communicate with workers through both scheduled and immediately sent campaigns, all of which are accessible within their worker profile under the messages tab.

To access the Communicate Campaign Table, select Communicate in the WX sidebar:

At the top of the page, you'll see an analytics section detailing the performance of previously sent campaigns (this includes for both email and SMS-based campaigns).

This table will automatically display any campaigns that have been previously drafted, scheduled, or completed. In the absence of any sent campaigns, the table will appear blank, offering the option to initiate a new campaign. Adjacent to each campaign, one of two icons is displayed: an envelope symbolizing an email campaign and a text bubble representing an SMS campaign.

Using the Filter button, you can filter campaigns by Title, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, and Scheduled. Refine your search by applying filters based on specific criteria like the number of deliveries or a particular campaign title. Or, use the search bar to find an exact campaign, based on title.

These tools make it easy to quickly find the campaigns you're looking for.
