Compliance Summary in the Worker Profile

Curious to see the compliance status and all compliance-related events, for a specific worker? Check out the Compliance section of the worker profile! This section is a centralized hub for all things compliance, and shows the following information:

  • The status of any compliance checks assigned to the worker (in compliance, expiring soon, or out of compliance)

  • Documents uploaded for compliance purposes and their extracted data points (for example, their driver's license expiration date)

    • If any documents are pending review, you'll see a review button to manually review them

  • A timeline view of all actions related to that check, such as document upload and approval by your employees

To un-approve a document that has already been approved, click the View button in the check summary and click Unapprove:

Attributes

Once a compliance check document is approved for an employee, a preview of the document file and all extracted data will display as a worker attribute on the attributes tab of their worker profile:

Upload a Document for your Employee

If you receive a document for a worker outside of their portal, you can upload it directly from the worker portal. To do so:

  1. Click the Upload document button

  2. Select which Compliance group that this document will apply to (note: this dropdown only lists groups that the worker is part of)

  3. Select which compliance check this document is for (e.g. driver's license)

  4. Upload your file > click Next to review it

  5. If everything looks good, click Import

This will automatically approve the document for the selected check, and add it to the worker profile.
