Whether workers complete Compliance Requirements for the first time through a task in their Worker Portal or later in their employee lifecycle when their compliance documents are expiring, their experience with provided documents is streamlined and user-friendly.
Workers will receive an email stating that they have tasks to complete, with a link to their Worker Portal.
If you’ve given them a choice of documents they could upload, they’ll choose the document type first.
After uploading the document, it will automatically be scanned to look for preconfigured fields.
After the scan is complete, they can review the information that was automatically pulled, such as name and expiration date. The applicant can adjust these fields or enter the information if it was not successfully pulled from the document.
After making any adjustments, they will click Submit. The task will move into Pending Review.
Important Notes:
Documents with an expired date will not be allowed to be submitted by the applicant.
If the applicant manually changes or enters a field, it will always be flagged for manual review.
If the document is rejected, the worker will receive an email that they need to reupload the documents.
