I am a Fountain Administrator. What steps do I need to take to migrate to this new login experience?
Migration will be completely handled by Fountain! Just reach out to your Fountain Customer Success contact or [email protected] to get the process started.
Can locations, location groups, and Openings be created, edited, and deleted in either the Hire or Worker Experience platforms if my company is using Unified Auth?
Yes! locations, location groups, and jobs can be managed in either platform, creating a more consistent and efficient experience for account Administrators.
After the migration is complete, do my users have to update their credentials?
No! They will use their Hire (or Hire Go) login they used previously to access the unified auth screen.
If I'm in Fountain Hire, will there be an easy way to navigate to the other platform?
Yes! The sidebar will also be visible in Fountain Hire. Simply click on Home or any other product icon, and you will be brought to the appropriate place.
My users do not see the Hire option when logging into Fountain. How do I fix this?
