Is your company using products on both the Hire and Worker Experience platforms? Is your company using both Hire and Hire Go? Maybe your company is using multiple Fountain products like Hire, Hire Go, Onboard, and the I-9 Center.
Fountain now offers a new unified auth login experience for users, eliminating the need for multiple invitations and login credentials!
With unified auth login, you and your users can log in once to access multiple Fountain platforms, manage a single list of users across both systems, and assign shared roles, which streamlines your day-to-day administrative tasks and simplifies the onboarding experience for new team members.
Limited Release:
Unified auth login is currently in limited release. Please contact your CSM or [email protected] if you are interested in using this login experience for your users.
Frequently Asked Questions
I am a Fountain Administrator. What steps do I need to take to migrate to this new login experience?
Migration will be completely handled by Fountain! Just reach out to your Fountain Customer Success contact or [email protected] to get the process started.
After the migration is complete, do my users have to update their credentials?
No! They will use their Hire (or Hire Go) login they used previously to access the unified auth screen.
If I'm in Fountain Hire, will there be an easy way to navigate to Worker Experience?
Yes! Click your initials icon, and there will be a new link to the Worker Experience platform.
My users do not see the Hire option when logging into Fountain. How do I fix this?
The user must have the "Can access Fountain Hire" permission enabled. Learn more about permissions in this article.
How do I invite new Hire Go users when using unified auth?
You'll need to invite them through Hire Go. Log in to Fountain and then click Hire Go in the left side panel. Next, navigate to the Users screen in Hire Go. Click the Add user button. Learn more in the Guide to Hire Go for Administrators course on Fountain Academy.
