Once an onboarding flow has been published, you'll be taken to the Onboard Flows & Tasks table which shows all flows that have been previously created.
Status Tabs
At the top of the table, there are four status tabs to quickly find flows based on publication status.
All: All flows regardless of status.
Draft: Flows that have been started to be created but were never published.
Published: Active flows currently assigned to workers.
Archived: Old flows that were assigned to workers but are no longer active.
Tip!
To search for a specific flow, use the search at the top. If a tab is selected, you will be only searching through that tab. To ensure you look through all flows, select the All tab before searching.
Filtering
To the right of the status tabs, you will see the Filters button which allows you to hone in on specific flows even more so than the status tabs at the top of the table.
To create a filter, select values from all three dropdowns. The options will change based on the initial dropdown selection. When finished, click Apply.
To add additional filters, click +Add condition group which will be considered on an OR basis.
Taking Action on Flows
To take action on a flow, click the 3 dots button to the right of the flow name. You will then have the following options:
Archive: Use this if the flow is no longer in use at your company. This will make the flow inactive, and any workers who have previously been assigned to this flow will no longer see the tasks in their worker portal. This option is available for both Published and Draft flows.
Duplicate: Have an existing flow that you'd like to tweak for a new group of workers? The Duplicate option creates a copy of any flow, making it easy to create an updated version that can be used for different workers. This option is also available for both Published and Draft flows.
Edit: Allows you to open the flow editor to finish creating a draft flow or to edit a published flow.
