The Referral's worker experience is streamlined and user-friendly!

Workers will see promoted Openings at the top of their Openings list in bold. If an incentive is present, a badge displays any incentives included in any published campaigns.

Selecting an Opening displays more details about the Opening and bonus offer to help the worker identify good fit referrals in their community, and easily share:

Workers can self-serve access to the latest status of any referrals who applied. If the referral gets hired, they can also track their bonus status and the conditions required to get paid out.
