The Compliance Dashboard screen offers a comprehensive overview of Compliance Requirements, showcasing critical metrics such as compliance health, workers monitored, compliance over time, and visualizations of workers not compliant vs expiring soon vs compliant. Users can see how many total workers require a manual document review.

Within the Dashboard screen, there are a number of tiles with metrics and information.

This tile shows the percentage of your active monitored workers that are currently compliant, have documents expiring soon, or are not compliant.

This tile shows the number of workers who currently have Compliance Requirements assigned to them based on the segments they are in and their worker status. If a worker’s status changes to terminated, they will automatically move out of being monitored and will no longer receive communication related to Compliance Requirements.

This tile shows the total number of compliance documents you’ve collected from your workers over all time in your Fountain Compliance account.

This tile shows a line graph showing the number of workers monitored based on the current year's months. Red indicates workers who were out of compliance, yellow indicates workers who had documents expiring, and green indicates workers who were compliant. Hover over a bar to see a breakdown percentage for each category.

This tile shows the total number of documents that currently require review by a Fountain user. Clicking on the documents that need review button will bring you to the Workers screen, where you can review and action those documents. Learn more about the Workers screen by reviewing this article.

This tile shows what document Requirements are currently active and the percentage of workers who are assigned that Requirement are compliant. Click on a Requirement to see detailed information on the right, including percentages of workers who are out of compliance and have documents expiring soon.
